Where does your leather come from? Is it sustainable?

We work with one leather supplier only so as to ensure our leather is sourced from a socially responsible company, who are passionate about ethical sourcing and sustainability.

As with our suppliers, we too strive to work with businesses who uphold fair trade practices and prioritize environmental conservation.

Do you stock any vegan leather options?

Currently we do not stock any leather-look products but it's something we are always on the hunt for!

As far as possible, we are committed to being environmentally sustainable as a small biz but from our research, we've found many faux leathers being labeled 'vegan' are just nasty plastic materials we simply do not feel comfortable working with.

What stamps and symbols do you have?

Currently we do not offering stamping but it is not far off! With the engraving we do offer we can do just about any symbol provided it fits on the tag and any text or language.

Please just know if we don't understand the language we cannot spell check it so please make sure it's spelt correctly!

What are you delivery options?

Currently we post off our little packages using a local courier company that mostly delivers within 2 days. However please keep in mind that if you are in outlying area your order will take longer and if you are not home when the delivery is attempted it will take longer to get to you!

How long is your turn around time?

For safety reasons, we always tell our clients turn around time is 14 business days. However mostly our orders leave the studio within 3 or 4 business days.

If you have an order that is urgent and you require it by a specific date, please pop us an email so we can confirm if we have stock and that we can make your deadline. (I'm sure we can, in case you were wondering!)

I've made a mistake, can I edit my order?

We always ask you to spell check and double check your order before submitting as we copy everything exactly and will take your word for it that the personalisation reads how you want it to. But we all make mistakes. If you spot one on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to amend it before it’s got to the workshop.

If we’ve already made a start there may be a charge to make changes – we’re happy to chat to you about this if the situation arises.

I’ve received my order and there’s a mark on the leather – is that normal?

Leather is a beautiful natural product so some scarring in the hide is always to be expected. Our leather is prepared using traditional methods which retain the character of the natural material, meaning that skin purchased is one of a kind, just like you - completely unique with its own individual scars, freckles and creases, which will develop with age over time.
